We also know that as a student you are most likely to be on a tight budget, so here at Innovate the monthly student fee is only $59 and there is absolutely no joining fee. Your student membership gives you access to the entire facility, including state of the art gym equipment, a huge variety of ﬁtness classes, heated swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts, as well as the rugby and soccer ﬁelds.

She represented team Zimbabwe at the 2012 London olympic games where she made it through to the B final. Posture refers to the body’s alignment and positioning with respect to the ever-present force of gravity. Whether you are standing, sitting or lying down, gravity exerts a force on our joints, ligaments and muscles. Good posture entails distributing the force of gravity through our body so no one structure is over-stressed. Like a building with a poor foundation, a body with poor posture is less resistant to the stresses and strains we experience over the months, years and decades of life.
1. Find your own motivation
Going to the gym for any reasons other than those that click with you simply doesn't work. Motivation has to be intrinsic, which means that we need to be honest with ourselves about what is important, what we really want, and then go ahead and do whatever it takes to get there. We all need our own anchor, and if we set out with a misplaced sense of what we should be doing and why, we won't last beyond a few weeks.
