3. Dumbell Rows
5. Reverse Crunches
6. Alternating lunges

Start at the top. Do the 1st exercise. Then do the 2nd twice + the 1st. Then the 3rd three times + the 2nd twice + the 1st and so on, until you’ve worked your way up and down the ladder! :)
